Most orders are packed up within 12-24 hours of placing your order and delivery within 2-5 business days.

You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet. Keep in mind, most orders during business hours get picked and packed within 2 hours.

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier.

No, you do not need to buy it but it definitely helps navigate the box more effectively. If you do not have touch screen in your vehicle, we strongly encourage you also buy a Magic Remote.

How do I return my order?
How do I return my order?
You can return/exchange any item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date but you must have all the original packaging (box & components inside) to qualify. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds. We offer the ability to send the product back with a pre-paid shipping label if you select that option on our returns center.
Holiday Shoppers: Due to the gifting nature of our products, we will be modifying our return policy to allow enough time for your recipient to return if they wish. Please provide proof of the gift and have the recipient reach out with the person who placed the order.
If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us directly with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.

The first time you plug in the box it takes about 15 seconds to recognize the device. Each time after that, it loads up in seconds!

Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The VMC box. Simply plug the Magic Box into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with The VMC Box.
