How do I install the VMC Multimedia Box?
It's simple! Just plug the VMC device into your car's USB port used for CarPlay or Android Auto, and our interface will load right up on your screen using your vehicle's existing CarPlay system.
Will the VMC Multimedia Box work with my phone?
The VMC device operates independently and does not need your mobile phone, except when using it as a hotspot. It features its own interface and applications, separate from those on your phone.
However, you can wirelessly connect both iPhones and Android phones to use CarPlay and Android Auto with the built-in apps. You can also connect via Bluetooth to make and receive calls.
How long does it take to setup?
The first time you plug in the box it takes about 15 seconds to recognize the device. Each time after that, it loads up in seconds!
How can I watch Netflix from Apple CarPlay?
Netflix & YouTube are pre-installed on the VMC Device. To download more apps simply go into the Google Play Store. Start using your favourite apps and streaming your favorite shows. Its really that simple!
How to play videos on CarPlay?
Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The VMC box. Simply plug it into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with The VMC Box.
Can I move the VMC Multimedia Box between vehicles?
Yes! As our VMC Box does not require any installation you can move between compatabile vehicles by simply unplugging the device and plugging it into the next vehicle.
Can I purchase the VMC Multimedia Box in store?
Yes! You can select pickup on checkout when purchasing our products. Our pickup points are located in Birmingham, Wednesbury & Walsall.
Will the VMC Multimedia Box void my car warranty?
Nope. Our device doesnt require coding or installation. It is plug and play and therefore does not affect your car warranty.
Will my steering controls work?
Yes, your vehicles steering wheel controls will work with our VMC device!

How fast is the shipping?
Most orders are packed up within 12-24 hours of placing your order and delivery within 2-5 business days. Next day delivery is also available.
*International orders vary based on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
I need to change something in my order, what do I do?
You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet. Keep in mind, most orders during business hours get picked and packed within 2 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier.
Do I need to buy a Remote for my VMC?
No, you do not need to buy it but it definitely helps navigate the box more effectively. If you do not have touch screen in your vehicle, we strongly encourage you also buy a VMC Remote.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no visible marks and in its original packaging. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@vehiclemoddingcompany.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of return postage is not covered by Vehicle Modding Company.
If there isnt a problem with the product but you wish to return it to us we charge a 5% restocking fee to cover our costs.

Is there a product warranty?
Yes, if the device stops functioning please get in contact with here immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please use our contact page for any warranty requests.
